As a proud Métis woman with 12 years of diverse experience in oil and gas operations, Brittany has worked at facilities ranging from Cold Lake to the remote areas of Northern BC. Her accomplishments include commissioning both a SAGD plant for Grizzly Oil Sands and a gas plant for AltaGas. As a Power Engineer, she has developed knowledge across water treatment, oil processing, steam generation, fieldwork and control room operations.

Known for her attention to detail, patience and leadership skills, Brittany enjoys working in fast-paced environments. After taking time off to focus on her family, she returns as the CEO of Heritage Chemicals, bringing her heritage, experience, and dedication to the forefront of the company’s operation.

With over 15 years of experience in thermal oil operations, Styles brings a wealth of operational expertise to Heritage Chemicals. He began his Power Engineering career with Imperial Oil, where he learned the fundamentals of thermal oil extraction. He then spent some time at Cenovus, where he deepened his knowledge of the SAGD process before accepting a position with PetroChina Canada.

Here, he has been involved in key activities such as design, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and ongoing operations and maintenance. Known for his practical approach and problem-solving skills, he excels in high-pressure situations. His extensive operational background and passion for excellence make him a valuable leader in driving success at Heritage Chemicals.
